Our international instructors have a range of experience and qualifications and studied at many reputable schools around the world. Each instructor brings their own unique style to their classes but each is underpinned by a common thread of quality, commitment and dedication.

Hiromi (Lead Yoga)
I started practicing yoga in Australia. What began as a personal practice soon became a way of life, bringing profound changes to both my mind and body.
Natsumi (Lead Pilates)
I moved to Los Angeles in 2003 to pursue my ambitions in jazz hip hop. During my full-time dance training, I was introduced to Pilates and quickly discovered its incredible benefits for performance enhancement, injury prevention, and overall body conditioning.
Reiko (yoga)
I am Reiko Sasaki ! For me, yoga is a way to find calm and feel balanced. In my gentle classes, I hope you can unwind, breathe deeply, and leave feeling refreshed.
Richard (yoga)
Working with massage since 2003, anatomy and physiology have always fascinated me, so I travelled to India in 2010 to formally train in yoga. Since then, I have been teaching traditional hatha, restorative and yin yoga, asana, pranayama, and yoga nidra.
Caroline (yoga)
I’m a yoga instructor from the UK and have been practicing yoga for 12 years and have completed the majority of my training in India. I teach a variety of styles including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha and Yin and it is important to me that my classes are a safe space, inclusive of everyone, from all walks of life.
Emi (yoga)
Konnichiwa, I’m Emi, born and raised in the beautiful city of Sapporo. I am certified in RYT200 Yoga (Bali, Indonesia) and Sound Bath Facilitation (Chiang Mai, Thailand). In my classes, I weave together breathwork, yoga, meditation, sound bath, and music to help people reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and restore inner balance so they can find contentment within.
Chelsea (mat pilates)
Hey, my name is Chelsea! I am a certified Mat Pilates and Barre instructor of 3 years. My style of teaching can be described as hands on, approachable and enjoyable, catering to all levels and experiences, and have a particular interest in teaching athletes, injury rehabilitation and recovery. I have been working in Niseko every winter for the last few years, skiing and snowboarding any chance I get. I am looking forward to enjoying mat Pilates with you all!
Cheah (yoga)
Hello, I'm Cheah! For 8 years, yoga was a grounding force through my stressful life in Singapore. After leaving my corporate job, I completed my teacher training in India and am now based in Japan where I practice and teach. My practice combines mindful breath awareness with creative vinyasa flow sequences and grounding yin stretches, a holistic invitation to reconnect with yourself on the mat.
Rosa (yoga)
I love all things outdoors especially climbing, hiking and camping. I have been practicing yoga for around 10 years, and completed my RYT200 in Bali, Indonesia - I can’t wait to practice with you all in beautiful Niseko.
Brendon (Reformer pilates)
I have an Advanced Diploma of Applied Science Myotherapy at RMIT and am a qualified Studio Pilates instructor with the Diploma of Contemporary Pilates through Tensegrity, and is also certified through Polestar Pilates levels 1-3.
