Join Our Team This Winter 2026-2027
Studio En is seeking qualified yoga, mat pilates and Reformer Pilates instructors, who are passionate about sharing their practice, for seasonal job positions in Niseko during Winter 2026-2027. Located within the hotel Setsu Niseko in the heart of Hirafu, Studio En welcomes students and hotel guests from around the world.
At Studio En, we have built a supportive community of compassionate and dedicated teachers, many of whom have become lifelong friends. Our group and private classes are led in English, with selected classes also offered in Japanese. Our international instructors bring a wide range of teaching styles and experience, working collaboratively to create a welcoming and enriching experience for every student.
Together we support one another to learn, grow and inspire.
We are looking for Yoga, Mat Pilates & Reformer Pilates instructors to join our team for Winter 2026-27 🧘🏼
Requirements:
A recognised qualification in yoga, mat Pilates or Reformer Pilates.
A valid work visa or Working Holiday visa.
Availability to teach 1-3 scheduled classes per week (60min per class).
Solid in-person teaching experience.
Opportunity for additional private classes may be available on an ad-hoc basis.
Classes to be taught in English.
Basic computer skills to manage student bookings, arrivals, payments, etc.
Strong motivation to explore new skills and experiences for your teaching journey.
