Our international instructors bring you world class yoga and Pilates instruction. We offer group and private classes so you can get the most out of your time in Niseko. Standard Drop in, 3 Class Passes and 5 Class Passes are valid for any regular scheduled yoga and mat Pilates classes.
Reformer Pilates is available in private one-to-one sessions, semi-private classes and group classes for up to four students.
Standard Drop-in
valid for one yoga or mat pilates classA single drop-in class at Studio En. You can join any scheduled mat classes on the timetable. Practice with Niseko’s best Yoga and Pilates instructors.
3-Class Pass (Yoga)
valid for 30 days for yoga or mat Pilates¥2,600 / class. With this pass you can try a range of different 60-minute yoga or mat Pilates classes within our schedule.
5-Class Pass (Yoga)
valid for 30 days for yoga or mat Pilates¥2,400 / class. With this pass you can try a range of different 60-minute yoga or Mat Pilates classes within our schedule.
Monthly Unlimited
valid for 30 days for yoga and mat pilatesWith unlimited monthly access. You can try a range of different yoga and mat Pilates classes, or join us for our yoga workshops and events.
Reformer Pilates
Group Session upto 4:1- A 50-minute group Reformer Pilates class in an intimate setting of up to 4 students.
- Reservations recommended.

Trio 3:1- A 60-minute semi -private Reformer Pilates class limited to 3 students.
Reservations recommended.
Reformer Pilates
Duet 2:1- A 60- minute semi-private Reformer Pilates class limited to 2 students.

Private Yoga Class
valid for one class- A private yoga or mat Pilates session for up to two students with one of our 200+ hour trained instructors in our studio space. ¥3000 per person for extra participants.
- Add extra time to your booking – each 30-minute block is charged at ¥3000.
Private Reformer Pilates Class
valid for one class- Our instructors are available to teach private one-to-one sessions in our dedicated studio space. A 60-minute private session starts from ¥18,000 for one person.
