Group Classes – We recommend booking your group class via website or in-suite app in advance to secure the class you want to enjoy. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your class time. Once the class begins, the studio door will be locked, and you will be charged the full class fee as a no-show.

Private Classes –  All private classes require reservations. They are only available during times when regular classes are not scheduled. Availability depends on studio space and instructor schedules, so we recommend booking early.

Group Classes – Cancellations made within 3 hours of class start time will be charged the full class price. No-shows will also be charged at the full class price. Cancellation made upto 3 hours before class start time can be rescheduled for another class or issued a credit note.

Private Classes – For bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the lesson fee will apply. For bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, the full lesson fee will be charged.

All our studio equipment is included for use free of charge. We have mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets. We recommend you bring your own towel should you need one.

To ensure your comfort and safety, our Reformer machines can only be used under the guidance of our professional instructors. Please bring own Pilates socks for any reformer Pilates classes.

Please be mindful there is only one changing room.

There are no shower facilities.

We have a maximum capacity of 12 students.

For private Reformer Pilates classes, please note we have a maximum capacity of up to 4 students.

Classes are for adults (Age 18+). Children above 12 years are welcome to join our group yoga classes in the presence of an accompanying family member or with the consent of a parent.

We are happy to arrange private sessions for families who wish to include children below 12 years.

We advise not to bring any valuables with you. The Management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought onto Studio En premises.
