At Studio En we offer a range of different class styles for all levels and abilities. From dynamic Vinyasa style yoga and more relaxing yin and restorative practice to strengthening mat Pilates. All of our instructors offer modifications for beginner, intermediate and advanced practitioners, so there is always something for everyone. Morning Yoga
Morning yoga moves slowly in time with your breathing, gradually awakening your body helping you feel refreshed and balanced in body and mind.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is practiced at a slower pace, with focus on the breath, controlled movements, and gentle stretching.
Gentle Flow Yoga
Gentle flow offers a softer approach to Dynamic yoga. While the poses flow, the nature of the style is much slower in pace and gentle in practice.
Vinaysa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing style of yoga class where your body movements and breath are synchronised into a moving meditation practice.
Yin Yang Yoga
Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of passively holding yin yoga poses with more dynamic sequences in a Vinyasa flow style.
Energy Power Yoga
A more athletic style of vinyasa yoga practice, this fun and challenging class will have you moving, sweating and breathing like you never have before. Each class is designed to create strength, with a creative mix of traditional and innovative yoga postures.
Yin & Deep Stretch
Yin Yoga is practiced at a slow, accessible pace, and with most of the poses done seated or laying down.
Body Release
Feeling stiff? This class helps your body feel lighter, freer, and easier to move. Using a soft ball, we gently release tight areas and bring your bones and muscles into proper alignment.
Snow Conditioning
This class is designed to get you in the best shape for skiing and snowboarding, combining yoga, stretching, strength, and mobility.
Mat Pilates
Using only your body weight and simple props, mat Pilates builds a strong foundation in core strength, posture, and muscular endurance, while improving overall body awareness.  Classes are designed to be dynamic yet accessible to all levels and abilities.
Prana & Inner Flow 
Prana means life force energy. This class is a moving meditation that focuses on feeling your breath and movement. Moving slowly and flowing with your breath, it activates your life force energy, Prana. it balances your mind and body, releasing daily stress and tension. Gentle on the body, it is suitable for all levels and abilities.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a non-movement style of yoga that allows the body to relax and surrender. Using props (blocks, straps, cushions, blankets) to keep the body in a relaxed posture, each pose is performed carefully and takes a long time. This class makes you restore inner peace and soothe the stresses of daily life. Suitable for all levels and abilities.
